How to help

Baile is small, so most kinds of help make a visible difference. These are the ones that matter most right now.

Evaluation

Become a rater

Ariel's scores come from one human rater and two AI raters. More people applying the full rubric would show how much the scores depend on who is doing the scoring. If you'd be willing to score a batch of responses, get in touch.

Rate a few responses

Scoring a response yourself in the comparison tool adds an outside view to set against the rubric scores. It's anonymous, and there's no rubric to learn.

Research

Work together

If your work overlaps with evaluation, memory, or digital minds, write. Collaborators, critics, and people willing to try the rubric on their own models are all welcome.

Funding

Cover running costs

Most of what funding buys is research time, plus model access, compute, and the occasional short conference trip. Baile isn't a registered nonprofit yet, so gifts aren't tax-deductible for now. If you'd like to help fund the work, get in touch.
